Faversham Health Centre Phase 1


The main pedestrian access in to the health centre had been
leaking into the main entrance and the underground car park for over 10 years. Several systems had been tried to eliminate this problem including high performance felt, tarmac, and more recently liquid coatings.

The work involved completely removing all other systems including a screeded deck and renewing with Mastic Asphalt and promenade tiles.
