Capital Roofing believes that business is people and to amplify this statement, they regularly support youth sport and charitable activities. They are also aware that there are many people less fortunate than themselves and they do all they can to participate in and contribute to charitable organisations.


Famous Four Complete Thames Path Walk


The famous four having successfully completed the three peaks challenge, opted for an easier event this year and took a stroll along the Thames. No seriously this was just as demanding, this was a 26 mile walk again raising lots of money for their nominated charity .








Capitals' Pecks Flexed and Ready for Run for Moore


On Sunday 5th July, Team Peck completed the Run for Moore Charity event on Blackheath.  Between them their team raised over £1000 for the Bobby Moore Bowel Cancer Appeal.










Terry and Gary Peck Complete the Three Peaks in Support of Their Nominated Charities

In June 2008 on what was probably the wettest weekend of the year, directors Terry and Gary Peck completed the final climb in their 3 peaks challenge the two previous being Snowdon and Ben Nevis.  Terry and Gary were accompanied on this climb by David Harrison and Mike Naylor.  Over the 3 climbs, the total amount raised for their charities was over £8,000

David Harrison, Graham Smith, Terry Peck and Gary Peck took on Snowdon for charity. The four of them set off on what is now their annual fund-raiser.

The first in a trilogy of climbs was achieved by Terry Newman, Graham Smith, David Harrison, Terry and Gary Peck, conquering Ben Nevis









Children’s Trust, Tadworth Charity
Capital Roofing have been granted the accolade of ‘The Children’s Trust Champion’ for their continued support to the Trust. This is the Trust’s way of saying thank you for the help given to the children with physical disabilities.

Gymnastics
The Company is delighted to contribute to the funding of the Europa Gymnastic Centre by way of being its main sponsor. The gym would be unable to survive without the contributions from companies such as Capital Roofing. The Company regularly supports the London Gymnastic Federation and sponsors the London Men’s Open event.

Football
Capital Roofing have been main sponsors for Bexley Football Club for over 15 years, when they intervened and saved this 125 year old club from extinction. With the help of such companies as Capital Roofing, the club now boasts youth teams from eight years of age to senior teams.
