Blackheath High School

Several thefts of lead had occurred over a short period of time and in addition the thieves were peeling copper from the Chapel Roof.

The Woolwich Foot Tunnel South Side

The building had suffered vandalism and the theft of the copper sheet roofing from the top of the tunnel building on two occasions the last being the most damaging.

Faversham Health Centre Phase 1

The main pedestrian access in to the health centre had been
leaking into the main entrance and the underground car park for over 10 years. Several systems had been tried to eliminate this problem

Faversham Health Centre Phase 2

After a successful contract resurfacing and waterproofing to the entrance ramps and stairway over the underground car park, Capital Roofing was awarded the contract to re-roof the hospitals two main roofs.
